"Was a perfect location for a family holiday over summer. The pool was wonderful, the beach very accessible and family friendly. Access to all amenities, and public transport to Omis. The hosts were so helpful - a wonderful spread upon arrival providing a dinner for the whole family. The hosts offered a cooked meal one night - really lovely and good value. Even though it was a warm summer, the aircon in each room helped enormously, and there were plenty of areas for the family to retreat for quiet as desired. The children enjoyed the play room(s) and additional recreation activities. Overall a really great and memorable stay, something for everyone, enhanced by excellent service from our hosts."

"Ivana and Nancy were amazing. So helpful, - the best hosts we have ever had. The house is beautiful and perfect for two families. The children particularly loved the pool table in the basement and games room upstairs - really helpful when the heat got too much for them. The house has everything you could possibly need. It is furnished beautifully yet highly practical. We enjoyed wonderful times in the pool and evening bbqs. The location is also perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the beach with water sports and places to get a drink/bite to eat. Would highly recommend Local on the water front for pizzas and the most delicious chicken burger. There is a small shop with the basics just opposite too. With a larger supermarket a short drive away. Omiš is also just a 20 min walk along the beach path and is a lovely town with lots of great restaurants and little shops. Would recommend boat trips to Brac and Hvar, and windsurfing lessons with the school on the beach (go left along the beach as you head down from the house). We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend."

"The villa was perfect and beautifully clean. The two largest bedroom suites were glorious and the views stunning. Particularly worth mentioning was the cleanliness of the large fridge, large freezer, oven and swimming pool, which can often be less than ideal in other rental properties. The pool was beautiful and pure heaven in the August heat. While not huge it was still an ideal size for family fun and games and beautifully situated. Our host was friendly and helpful at all times and our girls loved picking fresh figs for breakfast each morning. All communications before and during the holiday were prompt and helpful. It was a treat to be able to walk into a beautiful air conditioned property with pre-arranged fridge supplies for a relaxed evening after a long day travelling. I would highly recommend this villa."

"First issue I have with payment before stay where I need to send money through bank account cost me additional £9 pounds. Run out without the gel for shower don't know how person who cleanning hotel cam miss that 2 days in a row. Breakfast average and small portion one pan cake for lad 90kg… My wife have birthday while we stay there no notice by staff. 16 years ago in Egypt to better. Hotel 5 star but service still sitting on 4"

"We had a truly wonderful holiday and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.From the moment we booked, the hosts were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't have done more to help us, providing everything we needed and consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.The villa itself is exceptional, beautifully presented, superbly equipped, and immaculately maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of everything we needed, and it genuinely felt like a home from home. The huge pool was a real highlight, and the jaw-dropping views from the terrace were simply breathtaking. We never tired of sitting outside and taking in the scenery.The location is equally impressive. It's just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach, with miles of beautiful coastal paths to explore. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the villa is perfectly situated for spectacular hikes and bike rides in the surrounding hills and mountains.Omiš itself is only a short stroll away and is a charming, historic town full of character, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés to enjoy.This was one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended! "
