My wife and I are in agreement that we have never stayed in nor will we ever find another vacation property that clean. Not a speck of dirt or mold to be found. Sheets, blankets, glasses, bathrooms impeccably clean. The location is steps from the busy Pile Gate, yet it's quiet at the property. The pictures do not do the terrace views justice. Absolutely stunning!

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik.
Sweet apartment with an absolutely amazing view!! We arrived at night by Uber from the ferry and had some difficulty figuring out where to go once the driver dropped us off. Other than that, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Martina met us outside and gave us a tour, describing the property, the area, and answering any questions. It was a five minute walk to the Pile Gate where many tours meet. We found the place convenient, clean, and what we expected from the Hotel.com description. Even had a washer to do a load of laundry during our stay.

Clean, Convenient Room very close to Old City
Very pleasant stay. The room was very clean, fully appointed, though slightly dated. It was 94°F/35°C when we were there, and the AC worked perfectly. Martina our host was very friendly, and gave us great recommendations about the what we could do in the city. The location was a ~5-7min walk from the Pile Gage entrance to the old city. If you have lots of bags, I'd strongly recommend you take a taxi/uber/bus to neear Ulica Zagrebačka 50, just after the parking garage. That way you'll be able to carry your luggage DOWN steps to the villa instead of up, because the villa is only accessible by foot (can't drive up to it) . And when leaving, I'd recommend taking your bags DOWN towards the old city and take the passageway on the right that leads past the Hilton to catch your car/bus.

Lovely place to stay. Simple, but clean and comfortable. No front desk, but someone was available by phone. Very close to Pile Gate, and easy and safe to get to the center, only a 5 minute walk. The only thing is that it is an uphill walk with some steps - good views from the villa though! Was able to see how crowded the city walls were in the morning, which helped me decide not to go there until later in the day!

Great stay near old town
This is a great place to stay at! The owner was super nice and told us all about the surroundings and current events. She provided us with maps as well. There are a number of steps to get here, but it is very central and takes only 5-10 mins to get to the old town. Room was very clean! No view from the window... but had the view through the front door (if opened). Great stay!

Definitely recommend staying!
Villa Iveta is the perfect place to stay. Close to the old town but away from the busy street. Comfy beds, amazing shower (very important) and Martina is just lovely. Would recommend this place if your staying for a couple of nights.

Fantastic location a couple of minutes walk outside the old town, peaceful and quiet. Beautiful old villa with such history. The one bedroom apartment was spacious with everything you could need for a short or long visit & the views from the terrace were just stunning. Martina friendly welcome & useful tips were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Iveta & would love to return one day.

The location is terrific, close to the old town. Just be prepared to climb some stairs which are unavoidable in Dubrovnik. The owner, Maria, is very helpful and full of good advice, follow it and you are sure to have a pleasant stay.

Classic Villa Iveta
Lovely host Martina welcomed us to this classic one bedroom villa apartment. Lovely views from private terrace and also from bedroom. Everything you could need provided including full cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Really enjoyed this stay close to Dubrovnik old town behind the Hilton. Check out Kupari bay close by - bay of abandoned hotels and lovely beach/views. Airconditioning provided but could have done with service as leaked water all over terrace. Sofa a bit hard too. Otherwise perfect stay.

Directions to the Villa were spot on and when i arrived Martina, the host, was particularly welcoming. She went through the ins and outs of what to do in and around Dubrovnik. The Villa was only 5 minute walk to Pile gate so really handy to get into the Old town or jump on a bus to Lapad or nearby places.

Cute villa with great location
The vila is a very sweet stay close to the city walls. You can't beat the location! Our hostess was incredibly helpful and kind to us. The apartment is down several steps so be aware of carrying luggage but overall, the apartment was a great value! Would definitely stay again!

Room was in a good location. Contents was disappointing, bedding especially pillows had seen better days. Nice touch of make up removers so that it didn't get on their sheets and towels though. Owner was nice, gave us a map and instructions on what to do when we left. Nice to be able to leave bags for the day if needed though just in the hallway not somewhere secure. Umbrellas in property to use too which was helpful.

We booked the airport transfer, which was excellent and dropped us by the steps which led to our accommodation, the driver had rang the owner who was waiting for us and explained about the room and services, gave us maps and tips about how to get about and what to see. The room was lovely and clean and part of what looked like a large house with gardens. The location was excellent, ,5 minutes (up lots of stairs) from. Pile gate. So convenient The room had a kettle, fridge, sink and bathroom with shower and excellent air conditioning (July is hot) and an outside terrace Highly recommended the boat tours from the harbour we loved Cavtat for a day out from the city with its bars, shops, restaurants and lovely scenery (lots cheaper than Dubrovnik)

Great location being about 200 metres from the walled city. Beautiful period house in quiet area with fantastic views of the city. Knowledgable owner who spent a lot of time explaining the local sights.

Très belle chambre, très proche du centre
Très belle chambre, très confortable dans un endroit magique. Une vue très agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin (non proposé par l'hote). Accueil chaleureux et l hôtel nous donne de très bon conseil pour visiter la ville. Parfait pour votre séjour à Dubrovnik. Seul petit problème si vous êtes en voiture par de parking car situé dans une rue piétonne. Parking payant et cher au alentour. Un petit conseil garer sa voiture en dehors de la ville et prendre un taxi ou uber (nous avons opté pour cette option). Je conseil vivement cette chambre.

Ruhige Villa in Altstadtnähe
Eine ruhige Unterkunft mit wenigen MItbewohnern, so daß eine hektische Hotelatmosphäre mit Türen- klappen auf Fluren und das Warten auf den Fahrstuhl nicht vorkommt. Man sollte etwas sportlich veranlagt sein, um die Stufen (auch mit Gepäck) zur Villa, und nachher auch die in der Altstadt zu bewältigen. Die Aussicht von der Terasse auf die Altstadt und die Festung ist bei jedem Wetter schön.

성곽입구에서 도보로 가깝고 집이 큼
숙소 자체는 굉장히 크고 안방 복도 거실 부엌 테라스 있고 화장실도 깨끗하고 화장실부엌안방에 에어컨이 각각 있어서 한여름에 시원하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 위치는 차에서 내려서 케리어 끌고 내려갈때는 끝없는 계단에 죽는줄 알았는데 알고보니 뒷길로 내려가서 그랬던거더라구요. 투어리스트 인포 센터랑 5분 거리이고 성곽입구랑도 가깝고 조금만 골목을 걸어나가면 dm나옵니다. 차로 와서 내리실 분들은 집앞까지 차가 들어갈 수 없으니 참고하세요. 계단많은 골목길에 있다는 것 빼고는 위치는 관광하기 좋습니다. 돌아다니다가 쉬다가 다시 나가고.. 청결+에어컨+집크기는 훌륭합니다.

Veldig hyggelig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet i Dubrovnik. Stor og romslig leilighet. Hyggelig velkomst fra hotelleieren, men vi så ikke mer til dem siden. Ingen rengjøring i løpet av uken vi var der. Vanskelig å få tak i personalet per telefon. Totalt sett var vi fornøyde med oppholdet.

필레 게이트와 가까운 위치에 있어서 관광하기는 편리하였습니다. 그러나 움직일 때 마다 침대 삐걱거리는 소리가 크게 나서 숙면을 취하기가 어려웠고 수건은 이틀마다 갈아 주어 불편했습니다. 삐걱거리는 침대 소리때문에 잠을 잘 수 없다고 주인에게 전화를 걸어 설명해도 알았다고만 하고 주인은 끝내 나타나지도 않았습니다.
