The hotel is centrally located where you can just walk to restaurants and shopping places. Close to the bus and train stations as well. Umbrellas were provided for the rain…small details like this really helped. Breakfast was good…had several choices. Surprisingly…loud music was played during the night on the weekends.

The staff is super nice. This rating would have been a four or five except that there are some critical things that are fails;
1. The room smelled like old cigarette and when we walked down the hallways multiple rooms had active smokers at night. Which means the hotel doesn’t reinforce “no-smoking” policy. My sinus suffered.
2. They told me we had access to the hotel parking lot, after 3 days of use they informed me it costs €30 per day!!!! Not before… even though I called to ask before arriving. When I told them they made a 30% discount but still charged me.
3. To get to the Spa you need to walk through the restaurant full of people. A bit awkward if you are in spa attire.
The Spa and pool are great, location ideal.
