Very clean and quiet
Good stay. This place looks brand new inside. It's a. outside of town 15 min but if you are looking for a nice, peaceful, clean location, look no further.

Amazing!
The Lookout is an amazing place! Modern, clean, dog friendly and great communication. Everything you need down to dog dishes with a dog mat! Very welcoming atmosphere, We were greeted by 5 deer and once again at the end of our stay. The Lahave bakery and Osprey’s Nest restaurant are a must. Jill does an amazing job….many thanks!

Great place to stay !
Our stay at the Lookout in Dublin Shore was great! The accommodations were beautiful and the owners have thought of everything including scotch tape and scissors! Watching the deer roam through the yard at sunrise was lovely! would stay again only longer next time!

Perfect for family of 4
We had a wonderful time staying at The Lookout! Jill was very communicative and made sure that we were all set with our (very) late arrival. She even looked to see when we were arriving and made suggestions about where to get groceries on our way to the property. The property was very clean and has everything you need for a good visit. There are really great activities nearby and Jill provides suggestions for those as well. Excellent visit!

Girls weekend
We booked for girls weekend. The property was lovely. A welcome note with wine greeted us upon entering. Cottage was clean and ambiance was warm and embracing. Living area is well laid out for entertaining while preparing appies. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you need and more! The deck is amazing - large and plenty of space for taking in warmth of sun or for stargazing. Communication was prompt, friendly and very informative. My group definitely recommends this little piece of paradise and will be booking another girls weekend here.

Beautiful and comfortable cottage
Great getaway. We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with our daughter and her better half. Cottage was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed sitting on the beautiful deck with great view of the water. We will be back soon.

Relaxing with an awesome view
We booked this property for the end of our trip. It turned out to be the perfect ending for us. We loved the location as only 40 min or so from Lunenburg. We enjoyed exploring the areas around us within an hour drive and then got to return to this tranquil and quiet setting. The home is very well equipped and the bed was super comfy. Would highly recommend The Lookout to anyone.

Anniversary Celebration
This was our second visit to this well appointed an relaxing property. Easy check-in, great communication and comfortable surroundings made for an excellent 5 days. The location is close to Crescent and Risser’s Beaches, the LeHave Bakery, Ploughman’s Lunch and the Osprey Nest pub … all recommended destinations. Our host, Jane was very helpful and attentive to our needs and requests! Bird watching (Osprey, vireo, finch, red winged black bird, etc) and sunsets from the deck rounded out a great stay.

Beautiful Place to Stay
This property is beautiful and it a great choice if you wish to have a relaxing and comfortable getaway. It is clean, organized, and has all the the supplies one would need to enjoy their stay. We rented this property for a 50th birthday and it was the perfect choice! Thank you for having us.

The house has a pretty view out over the water, which can be enjoyed from the many windows or the deck that spans two sides. Inside, it is a clean, new build with modern amenities and attention to detail that make living simple. It offers a serene atmosphere and welcome escape.

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing!
We had a great two night stay on the Dublin Shore. Communication with Jill was excellent; prompt/flexible/clear and the very well appointed ‘Lookout’ made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Fresh bread from the nearby LeHave bakery and a stellar soup and sandwich at Ploughman’s Lunch made the visit complete!
