Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the noise. The hotel backs onto a residential apartment complex with a sports court and kids were up until nearly midnight shrieking, setting of fireworks and making so much noise it was very disruptive. We had a room that looked down towards the sports court and I wished we’d had a room on the street side instead. Otherwise the property and facilities are terrible. I felt unsafe and the room was old and had a terrible smell. At one point the verandah door to our hotel was wide open when we returned after a day out which left us feeling very uneasy. The location while close and convenient was in a scary place.
