Beautiful and spacious 2 bed apartment with sunny balcony perfectly located in the historical area of Dublin city centre. Walking distance to Temple Bar, St. Patrick, Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, and other major Dublin attractions! Apartment is perfect for 2-5 guests: friends, family, couples or business visit. A sunny, large open plan living room with fully equipped modern kitchen.
Enjoy Dublin staying in spacious bright apartment. Modern and specious apartment ideally located in an historical part of Dublin in the very heart of Dublin city centre. The apartment is just walking distance from main Dublin attractions, 5 minutes to Temple Bar and Guinness Storehouse. Medieval Dublin just around the corner. The Brazen Head official Ireland`s oldest pub, dating back to 1198 it is just 4 min walk from apartment. Apartment located in a quiet, safe area .
Living room/kitchen: You can relax in a very spacious and bright open plan living room with a big sunny balcony with Wicklow Mountain view. There are two sofas, one is double sofa bed. TV with Irish channels, WIFI. Dining table for six and fully equipped modern kitchen with all amenities and basics you need just like at home.
2 Bedrooms: Each bedroom contains a double bed with a good quality mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, wooden floors, wardrobe.
Bathroom: Family bathroom with both an electric shower and a bath. All toiletries and towels are provided for your stay. All basics such as towels, clean duvets, bed sheets, shower gel, shampoo, iron, hangers, hairdryer etc.
You will have access to whole apartment and sunny specious balcony.

Early check in available, please enquire when you book. If not available check in is from 3 pm, but 99% guests check in straight from airport. Check-out is by 11 am sharp. If you would like to check out later, please enquire when booking the apartment. We usually can accommodate request if not you will be able to leave luggage in the apartment. Self-check in, I will provide you a code and instructions how to check in few days before your arrival day. No parties allowed, no loud noise or music after 10 pm. No other people allowed the the guests in the building and apartment. No animals. No smoking allowed inside the building or apartment. You may smoke on the balcony only if ashtray provided.
