1 O/Night Stay . No E-Mail received regarding Key

I didn't receive Required E-Mail, With instructions on how to get keys. Therefore My Brain Damaged Nephew & Partner were put through a lot of Unneccessery distresss. I wish to Lodge An Official Complaint with Expedia & I want to know what you are going to do .Regards Deborah Harkin
