Newly renovated & furnished 3 bdrm, 2 bath lake home, dock, spectacular view

  • Enjoy this home right on Claytor Lake. A double decker dock, waterside fire pit, and gas grill make this is the perfect house for a family get away or a couple's retreat! Located conveniently close to the Claytor Lake State park, spend the day at the Claytor Lake State Park beach, grab some food, or rent a boat (motorized or other). Sit out on the dock and enjoy breathtaking views of the lake or swim in the wake free, deep water cove. Biking and walking trails are on the New River Trail (15 minutes away). Easy to moderate walking trails of various lengths ranging from 1-3 miles only 3 minutes away. A public access boat ramp is only 3 minutes away as well. The home sleeps up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 queen and 1 king bed with new Casper mattresses. In spring of 2024, this home was renovated throughout the interior with new flooring, paint, new kitchen and bathrooms and new furniture. The following are accessible by driving: Claytor Lake State Park 5 minutes, Falls State Park 35 minutes, The Draper Village/New River Trail 15 minutes, Radford University 15 minutes, Virginia Tech 25 minutes, Chateau Morrisette 1 hour, The Cascades 1 hour. Amenities include: - Smoke Free - Large Double Decker Dock - Fire Pit (in ground) - Fishing - Gas Grill (propane not furnished), Outdoor Furniture - smart TV, Land’s End Towels and linens provided-Fully Equipped Kitchen-parking for up to 3 vehicles-no events, no parties, no pets, and no large gatherings are permitted.
