Staff is professional. The shower was cold from my point of you, and the air conditioning was not working in the room, it was really hot and humid, was hard to sleep correctly. The only things I could fault in it: there were only two plug points in a room of 12 and they could have used the space better in the hostel showering room. Primeiramente reservei uma cama em um dormitório feminino de 20 camas, através da Expedia. Quando cheguei no hostel fui informada de que não existia dormitório feminino. Não sei quem errou aí, Expedia ou o hostel My Place. Fiquei em um quarto com 16 homens. O colchão estava velho e dava pra sentir o estrado da cama. Felizmente vagou uma cama ao lado da minha e eu troquei os colchões. Todas as camas tinham tomada ao lado e luz na cama, o que é um detalhe muito importante em um hostel, mas a minha cama não tinha. Quando reclamei na recepção o recepcionista fechou a cara e disse que não poderia fazer nada. Até então ele tinha sido super amigável.
