Staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 6:00am and check in was supposed to be 4:00pm. They held our bags for us while we waiting for the room to be ready, and let us in a couple hours sooner. The room was clean, and we got it cleaned several times during our stay with no issues. It was in great walking distance to the busy hotspot streets, and plenty of bus stops/trams/trains to go further.
