The room was clean and a decent size, and the staff were nice and helpful. If you don't mine walking, it's a pleasant stroll (maybe 20 mins + to Templebar). Two key criticisms: - Guests aren't allowed to let themselves into the property. Staff sit at reception 24 hours and you have to leave your room key with them whenever you leave, and ring a doorbell to be let in. Feels a bit like staying with your parents. This is apparently for 'security' reasons; i.e., the area around the property is a bit dodgy. - There's no parking available. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The location was decent, walkable to most of the tourist sites without being right in the middle. It was however still quite noisy, I think the windows didn't seal very well. They also didn't open very wide which made it hard to cool it down, but I assume that's some safety regulation that can't be changed. I stayed one night instead of three because of an unexpected event, the manager could refund one night, which I greatly appreciated.
