A Cosy Home away from Home City Mews in the heart of Donnybrook Village.
The house has 3 bedrooms, I double downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
The large Shower bathroom is down stairs next to the double bedroom.
The house is in a Victorian Terrace on the edge of Herbert Park. There are many amenities in the park for Children and adults alike. Walking, Yoga a Sunday market. The house is a 15 walk to the Aviva Stadium. Donnybrook Village is on a direct route to the City and also the universities UCD and trinity. The area has many local Bars, Restaurants and shops within 5 minutes from the house. The kitchen is small but has an Electric cooker, Washer/Dryer, Large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. There is a small back yard area which is lovely on a fine day. For a small Mews Cottage the house feels spacious with a nice hallway and new windows, doors and a new heating system. There is a power shower and on a cold day a nice electric fire to enjoy a movie in a relaxing environment. Whether you want to visit the book or Kell's at trinity, See a rugby match at the Aviva or head on a work trip this cottage is just perfect.
