We stayed here a month while relocating to Dublin and finding a more permanent residence. It's downtown Dublin but not too loud. St. Steven's Green, Grafton Street shopping and the Lewis tram are so close. Heat, water and kitchen all work great (after getting used to the differences between the US and Ireland electrical systems). We even used the address to open Irish bank accounts and get PPSNs (it's a process). Only drawback is some daytime remodeling noise from the the soon to open restaurant on the floor below.
