We were upgraded from the 2-bedroom to the 3-bedroom, which was appreciated. It should be made clearer when booking that the key has to be collected at an entirely different location, which wasn't a big problem as it didn't mean much of a detour for us but might not suit everyone. I discovered that when I called two days before our stay.
