A fee upwards of €50 will be charged for any callouts to provide access to the property during your stay OR to the next guests if keys are not returned to the lockbox by the agreed checkout time. Please be mindful to not lose keys. If keys are lost or damaged, a fee upwards of €80 per keyset will be charged for replacements. Please remember that extension requests must be communicated before 5 p.m. on the evening before check-out.
