Most hotels I stay at have nuce rooms and smiling staffs. The difference lies in how they handle difficulties. The morning after I checked in I discovered that the shower drain was clogged. I reported it to the front desk on my way to breakfast. When I returned to my room an hour later the issue was fixed and my room had been made up. I'll stay there again.

Downtown is a cheap Backpackers' type place in Vilnius. But our en suite double room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful at check-in as we had turned up with a car, but they found us a parking place.
