  • Dubai Apartment located in Azizi Riviera, Dubai. A very fresh theme in the heart of DUBAI overlooking Dubai City.
    Apartment Specs: 2BR, 2 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Reception, Dining Room.

    - Pets accepted under request (depends on the breed)

    Instructions:
    - Please send a clear copy of the passport or valid ID for all guests at least 24 to 48 hours before arrival to arrange entry permits. For same-day bookings, IDs must be sent before 3:00 PM (Cairo time).
    - Online Payment is required 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation
    - Guest will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival
    - Location and Keylock box code will be sent to the guest same day of check-in once payment is confirmed
    - Check-in from 04.00 PM to 10.00 PM
    - Check out is at 11.00 AM
    - No late check out is permitted
    - No early check in is permitted
    -Self check in and out
    - Guest will be asked to provide an insurance deposit 300 USD that will be held from his credit card

    Check-out time is 12:00 noon

    Check-in time is 3:00 PM

    Late check-in after 10:00 PM will incur extra charge of USD 20.

    Late check-out will incur extra charge of USD 20 per hour.

    Smoking is not allowed in all our properties.
