The management at the hotel is excellent. Mr. Sameer has assembled a terrific team of professionals. Mr. Mostafa, the front desk supervisor was very helpful. Our housekeeper Aashish was fabulous.

The housekeeping staff are terrific. We particularly liked the amazing job Aasish and Siam Ahmed did for us. When dealing with the front office staff, it's best to go directly to the manager, Mr. Saamer as he is very professional and helpful.

Mixed bag

We booked the hotel for 7 nights as it had such excellent reviews. It certainly was a beautiful hotel, practically new but our stay was tainted due to noise issues at night (late inconsiderate arrivals, fire alarm going off, noisy children and a tv in an adjoining room being put on at what sounded like maximum volume at 04.00 in the morning!). Lovely helpful staff, particularly Jawad and Karthik who always asked if we needed anything. To summarise, beautiful new hotel in great area but probably not for sensitive sleepers.

I stayed in this hotel for 28 nights as I had prepayment but to my humble opinion anyone who reserves in this property and wants to have the basics, including the need to sleep in the night, he/she should think of other hotel apartments.

Demanded a cash security deposit at check in, would not accept a credit card. No ice available at the hotel, had to call a grocery store. Most surprisingly - no towels in the bathroom. Called reception and they sent 2 bath towels, no hand or face towels. TV didn’t work.

Location was good and the hotel was clean but the beds were super hard and the noise was so bad every little sound echoes through the room from the hallway, the adjacent rooms and from the street. Check in took nearly 30 min for some reason even although there was no one else at reception. Poor communication the pool closed the day after we arrived for 3 months we could have booked better hotels with no pool cheaper but don’t worry u can still use the sauna, it’s the desert it’s over 40 outside I want the pool to cool down and as for somewhere to sit/relax at the pool 4 sun beds and 2 tables and chairs is not good enough
