Arrived early and hotel was able to accommodate, which was of utmost importance to me as I was traveling with my parents after a 13 hr flight from the US. Stayed at other hotels in Dubai and they can not come close to this kind of service. Mahmud and Julius had superb customer facing skills. They were kind, patient and hospitable. Their excellence and ability to make us feel welcomed makes me want to stay here every trip in Dubai! Swissotel is also greatly located in Deira. Thank you

The hotel was centrally located in Deira which was great! There were numerous restaurants nearby and the prices were economical compared to the Jumeirah side. The hotel is attached to a mall which is extremely convenient. We went during Ramadan and were expecting a grand buffet for suhoor but unfortunately their options were limited. The staff is excellent - extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel! Great for families!

Swissotel Al Ghurair is a nice hotel with a great mall and dining options nearby. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which is very chaotic if you come later in the morning, with a long wait to get in and for many food and other options such as coffee - not good enough for a hotel that claims to be 4.5 stars

Extremely poor service, the staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They are slow. They are not responsive. The parking is very difficult too, it’s around a busy area. Would definitely not stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel, and it doesn't disappoint. Staff are polite, courteous and helpful; quick with a smile and greeting... and this is across all sections - entry, lobby, dining and housekeeping. This might be normal in Dubai, but after 3 weeks in Europe it was a most welcome change. However, I'd simply like to think this hotel is a bit special. Room was large, spacious and clean. The extra large bed was so comfortable that getting out of it was the hardest choice to make each day. Breakfast options in the dining room are wide and varied... and all delicious. A real coffee barista would have made it just perfect... but the Espresso still hits the spot. Dont skip a visit to the pool. After a long day out and about in the heat, a long dip in the pool is the perfect way to end the day. I just wish it was accessible longer, we would have stayed in till midnight given a choice. Book in advance, and its excellent value for money. Top choice.

The best thing i liked about the five star hotel was easy access to the mall from its main level and having good restaurants around the hotel with n8ce pool and gym we didn't need to go anywhere else. This hotel will be my first choice in next visit to Dubai. Highly recommend.

The property is nice. Staff is amazing. Especially Julian at front desk who went above and beyond to get us a room for early check in. The property is nice but not on the same level of other 5 stars like Marriott Marquis, etc. However not bad at all.

Things we liked: Hotel proximity to shopping mall, gave us free extra bed after hold up to check in on time, eco friendly, friendly and accommodating staff. Things that could be better: check in was at 3 but room not ready so had to wait, concierge took 1 hour to deliver bags on check in (though on leaving was efficient and fast), extra bed mattress was hard, beds relatively small, carpeting in rooms somewhat old.

Excellent Place for a peaceful stay
The hotel is at a excellent location in the heart of the city and next to the mall which makes it more convenient for access for all requirements. There is ample of parking also available for the hotel guests.

Great stay
This is a great hotel in a great location. Attached to Ghurair Centre Mall and across the street from the subway. Great rates in the off season. Staff is attentive and courteous. Facility is clean. Great city views. You won’t regret booking this place.
