Guests enjoy complimentary access to resort-style swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, landscaped gardens, and secure private parking.  
  
This generously sized apartment is ideal for families, groups, or long-stay guests, featuring well-appointed interiors and modern amenities designed for a relaxed yet refined stay.  
  
Marina Residence is a prestigious residential complex located on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah, providing easy access on and off the island while remaining close to key attractions such as Nakheel Mall, The Pointe, Atlantis The Palm, and Palm West Beach.  
  
The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with satellite TV, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Large windows and a private balcony provide pleasant community and partial marina views, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening downtime.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances and a washing machine for your convenience. Hotel-grade bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial toiletries such as shampoo and soap to ensure a comfortable arrival.
