Guest Policies & House Rules 1\. Rental Agreement & Security Deposit All primary guests must sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist before check-in. A refundable security deposit is also required after booking and prior to arrival. The deposit amount depends on the length of stay: • 2–7 nights: AED 1,000 • 8–28 nights: AED 1,500 • Over 28 nights: AED 2,000 The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Guest Registration For building registration, copies of passports for all staying guests must be submitted prior to arrival. 3\. Starter Pack & Essentials A complimentary starter pack of toiletries is provided for your convenience upon arrival.
