The buffet breakfast was great. Dinner at the hotel cafe was good too. Location of the hotel is awesome as it is near to Mall of the Emirates (MOE). However the design of the shower drainage system in the hotel room is bad as the shower area got flooded after each shower.

Front desk staffs very nice always with a smile. Convenient location close to Emirates Mall and metro connection. Enjoy my stay for 8 days wish the small fridge have more power it was not cold and towels need to up grade for better quality have many stain spots. Great central place to stay
Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable, slept well! Shower nice and clean, bathroom bit small but not an issue and still comfortable to use - would stay here again. Amazing decor

our stay is good 7/10. we feel comfort but i dont like the breakfast buffete very simple and there is no varity of choices and itis daily repetitive. its an english breakfast and it didint mentioned when i booked. i would like to thank Mr. mohammed he is very cooperative he tended to my needs well.

Great location, great service
Support of reception was impeccable especially out-of-the-box business needs I need for my computer. However, had to remind housekeeping a couple of times to bring sufficient towels, toiletries and coffee suppliers. Otherwise will definitely return. Excellent location too!

It was nether awesome nor terrible. Staff were great but sometimes took very long to answer calls. There was a musty smell in the room every time I walked in and Im not a fan of AC but no option for just fan. Toiletries were never replaced totally.... something was always missing. But it was very clean and quiet. A restaurant with room service would be desirable. Also remove the ball stuck to the night table.....it has no purpose and takes up useful space.

The room was amazing with a the new/modern interior, it was nice and clean, 5 mins walk to Mall of Emirates. The price for the stay was very good and overall really happy with it. Also underground car parking was provided for free.

The hotel is nice overall. Nicely furnished. New. Very clean. Parking inside the hotel is limited though. might not be lucky to get a parking. but it is available. I checked in late, in the evening, and I was not pleased with few things. First, I reserved a non-smoking room. I was told they are out of non-smoking rooms and that they would give me a smoking 1 instead. I said I don't mind what kind of bed you give me or what kind of room, but not in a smoking floor. They arranged for a room eventually. Keeping in mind, that i still smell smoke from the vent though I was in a non-smoking floor. I've also asked for an ironing board as I have meetings next morning, they told me they are at full capacity and all iron board are taken, and the guy suggested I go to a laundry shop outside the hotel. This was at 10 pm. I didn't feel they cared about the comfort of their guests. I guess you get what you pay for!

Hotel comodo per visitare Dubai
Staff molto gentile e disponibile, ho anche avuto un problemino col termostato che mi teneva l'aria condizionata a 17 gradi e mi hanno subito mandato una persona della manutenzione. L'hotel e la camera sono molti carini come arredo, dimensioni e funzionalità. Ottima pulizia. Posizione perfetta per spostarsi con la metro, a pochi passi da Mall of Emirates.
