Located in the heart of Dubai providing a beautiful garden with large outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining areas and complimentary WiFi throughout, this spacious shared living villa, managed and operated by Nas House, is a recently renovated villa located just 1km from The Mall Of The Emirates, and 4 km from Al Sufouh beach. The air-conditioned villa is 4 km from the iconic Burj Al Arab and 14 km from the Dubai Mall. The property is non-smoking throughout.
The villa can be booked in its entirety as a private booking, or individual room bookings with shared kitchen, living and outdoor spaces.
The villa is equipped with 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests, 5 bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and an outdoor barbecue area. Towels, bed linen and amenities are provided. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance, and is protected by CCTV.
The property comes with two private parking spaces when booking the entire villa, or one space per room when booking a premium or deluxe room.
