Das Apartment war wirklich schön, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung, gut in Schuss und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter trotz WhatsApp Kontakt ein wenig schwierig, die Check-In Informationen wurden uns erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen zugeschickt (und auch erst am Anreisetag, was bei längerer Anreise ungünstig sein kann), außerdem gab es anders als angegeben keine Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft zwischenzulagern, man wies uns auf Nachfrage lediglich auf eine Website hin, die kostenpflichtige Lagermöglichkeiten in der Stadt vermittelt. Im Nachhinein erhielt ich noch einen Beleg über die Zahlung des Übernachtungspreises, obwohl ich bereits im Voraus über Hotels.com gezahlt hatte, auf Nachfrage meinerseits hieß es dann, das würde man nochmal prüfen, eine Rückmeldung habe ich aber nicht bekommen.
