We had a couple of issues with our particular apartment though. After a couple of coolish showers, we realized that the hot and cold taps in the bathroom were reversed. It would have been helpful to know that right off the bat. We also had issues with the combination lock on the door on our arrival. The building concierge was able to help us with that. The only other problem we had was that our first cab driver wasn’t familiar with the Clarens towers and he dropped us at the wrong place. Fortunately we were able to find another driver who was able to take us to the correct address. It also would have been helpful to have a couple of coffee pods in the room for that first morning.
