lovely place
Its a lovely place. Only issue was room service keep forgetting to leave towels and other things after cleaning. So everyday we had to call them to come and replace things.

I always stay at this hotel as historically I have enjoyed the hotel location and the people working in the hotel are courteous and helpful, what I have noticed this time is particularly the concierge group are sullen and unhelpful, for instance to call a taxi they actually told me to do it myself!! I did because I had a meeting but they had no interest in assisting me which I found really dissapointing

Booked a night for New Year’s Eve and then extended my stay for another night as I needed to stay in Dubai. They however would not grant me the discounted rate had I booked two nights initially. Also the hotel is not worth 500 AED a Nigh, not sure how it got it’s star rating, there is a lack of quality in the hotel finishing, lack of sockets in the room, a dated phone where house keeping doesn’t answer, poor quality beds. Was not happy with the attitude and service of the manager Jerilyn.

when I make a reservation I told them I want to higher floor and great view but unfortunately they did not give me a higher level and didn't give me not good view as well and the next day I request again and they said okay they're going to give me a high-level but with two single bed my wife was very upset and we did not enjoy it that much 😔😔😔😔

Lack of management
Most of the cover sheet , pillow,blanket were so old ! The room was dirty with inconvenient condition , some of the pillow cover were teared !!! Also you could find lack of manager every where... The cost is not match with this hotel

Good location, the service is also good and attentive, and the standard room is average in terms of size. Small gym and normal breakfast. A bit noisy if your room is close to the elevators area.

Happy stay
The location is good and convenient. Near the airport and easy to get everywhere. A lot of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Nice staffs and the room is clean. Just need to get improved is the hair dryer which is not strong enough. The rest is absolutely great!

One of the WORSE hotel stay in my life. DOn't book
One of the WORSE hotel stay in my life. Don't book this hotel. Hotel room I was offered was not the one I have booked. They said its not avaiolable at that moment. However, I booked the hotel months ago and confirmed. The room is too small and smell of smoke. I wanted to non-smoking room and it was not what I got. I wanted to leave the hotel nect day and asked money back, they declined. I felt so bad that I was almost forced to stay in that hotel. :-(

Hotel was good, services and breakfast was great. Little far from the metro but taxi is a good way to move around also. It"s next to a mosque so no alcohol at the restaurant or minibar. We arrived at 10am and they gave us the rooms and that was a big plus. Walk to Dubai Deira center and gold suk is about 40 min

The hotel has poor housekeeping, room I stayed was dirty and internet is poor however, receptionists were kind and nice

Place was nice but not what was advertised. I had a 4am flight and tried to order room service while i was getting my things together and they didnt have most of the menu that was advertised as available 24/7. There were some issues with AC and internet but maybe they switched my room and that was fixed.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up every day with a headache - it was as if there were fumes / a chemical smell in the room; possibly insecticide.
