The villa offers modern bathrooms with stylish finishes, walk-in showers, and essential amenities for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for everyday cooking and light meals.

Guests can also enjoy the private outdoor BBQ area, ideal for family gatherings, outdoor dining, and relaxing evenings.

Other Things to Note

Once your booking is confirmed, and in accordance with Tourism Authority requirements, we kindly ask you to provide your passport/ID details to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Your passport/ID information will only be used for:

Notifying building/security management of your arrival.
Registering your stay with the relevant tourism authorities.

The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers check-out cleaning only. For any additional cleaning required during your stay, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected inside the property, the security deposit will be forfeited, and an additional charge of AED 1,500 will apply.

Late check-out after 12:00 PM without prior approval will be charged at AED 400 per hour and is subject to availability.

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the villa, except for any clearly marked or locked areas that are not accessible to guests.

Safety & Property Information

For safety and security purposes, CCTV cameras are installed only at the main entrance, facing the main street.

This is someone else's home, so we kindly ask you to treat the property with care and respect.

As the villa is located in a residential area, all guests are required to follow the community rules and guidelines during their stay.

Please avoid loud music or excessive noise.
Please make sure doors are properly closed.
Please ensure the gas is switched off after use.
Please dispose of all rubbish in the designated trash containers outside the villa.
