There was little running water in our bathroom so we had difficulty using the shower. The room was not cleaned on any of the days. The daytime staff at the counter were incredibly rude and we would always see them arguing with other customers. When we were checking out, they argued with us over a small stain on the corner of one of our used towels. This stain came from the hair dye on my husband's hair. I admit this stain was our fault but the way they behaved was unacceptable. They made us pay and were very unprofessional and rude. We have experience staying in many hotels all over the world under Expedia, but never have we received such poor service and many hotels have overlooked these sort of stains which come out in the laundry wash anyway - that is the whole point of a laundry service.
