Welcome to my charming 1-bedroom apartment in Business Bay, ideally situated just an 9-minute drive from Burj Khalifa. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience with complimentary access to an array of amenities. Whether you're relaxing in the infinity swimming pool and enjoying a workout in the gym there's something here for everyone.  
  
Situated right on the Dubai Water Canal, this apartment offers contemporary amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, and a king-size bed. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or friends looking for a stylish retreat in a prime location.  
  
The apartment offers a spacious dining and sitting area with satellite TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at The Dubai Mall, just a 10-minute drive away. Step out onto the balcony to savour your morning coffee while taking in the bustle of Business Bay. This 1-bedroom apartment offers a bright and airy atmosphere with a floor-to-ceiling window in the living area, allowing natural light to fill the space.  
  
You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soap, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, complimentary tea and coffee will be provided to get you started, and you will find Bay Market grocery store within the building.
