Expedia should not rate these properties high and mislead foreign customers. The room I was in had roaches, bath rooms were ill maintained, leaky & noisy. I did complaint to the reception manager several times. He said to reach out to Expedia.

For our six day stay rooms were only cleaned once and on request for that matter. We were made to pay extra money on early check in and full rate for late check out. Staff were not ready to discuss this

The staffs at service desk are very good, cooperative and friendly to help what they could help. Generally, the room is ok for staying somehow clean and safe aiming the visit of Dubai for more of close proximity for shopping and visiting marketplaces than for leisure. The bathroom of my room needs to be refurbished up to the standard as it is already wearied and teared. Although my room was non-smoking the guests in neighbor room were polluting with smoke and the corridor was filled with this health risk dirty cigarette smell. The Hotel should have strick rule to take required action and put signs on visible places and referring such offence to the applicable local law enforcement.

I found the furniture to be old and broken. The bathroom ceiling to come off, the door latch broken and lift to be dangerous because of poor sensor detection. These things could be improved.

It was an old mildew and ant ridden hotel. I will never stay there again. I was booked for three nights and left early because it was so bad.

I did not like everything about the property. The staff were rude. The information provided on hotel website was wrong and misleading. The amenities were not provided and when I tried to explain to the hotel staff they openly told me they did not care. The room I was given was filthy and smelly. I was completely cheated for that reservation and I will never go back to that hotel.

worst of all
the hotel was very dirty smelled like slum the shower were broken and the tub was also broken i recommend not to reserve this place for any reason . i had planned to stay overnight and catch my flight next morning but i preferred to stay in terminal then this dirty and smelly place

Mr Zabiullah, We are really sorry to reply you that because of Its not fair ( very cruel activity ) . your booking was single person but you requested to 3 person want to stay in a room, we are allowed that free of cost. and reception staff told you if you did not like that room we can transfer any of another room, but you refused. actually you need to pay for 2 person extra charges. you and your friends already used all facility from hotel, we have all photo's who was stay that room, when they are enter and exit So kindly we request you don't give like this review if stay any another hotel in any where Thank you

It was a good stay with pleasant staff but the room was smelling of smoke from previous user. They should have non smoking rooms. The hotel is well located.

インドのニューデリーに似た風景を楽しみたい方にお勧めのロケーションでした。ドバイじゃなくてインドに来た感じを味わえました。スタッフも対応も親切で、チェックイン後に直ぐにWi-Fiを繋げていただき、快適な環境を提供してくれました。24時に到着しましたが、周辺のお店も空いており、チャイを飲んだり、買い物も出来ました。街の治安も良かったです。ホテルの室内は、朝起きたらゴキブリもいたので満足度はありませんが、テラスが広めで街をのんびり眺める事が出来ます。お風呂は浴槽はないし、シャワーの水の出が弱いので少し残念でしたが。寝るだけの為なら十分だと思います。

Personele service was top, de heren stonden altijd netjes te woord. Kamer was oké, maar de badkamer was echt een drama. Verder ligt het midden een drukke straat waar je makkelijk overal bij kan.

Für ein paar Tage Ok , wenn Mann einfach nur eine günstige Übernachtung in Dubai du suchen , Zimmer und Bad in völlig unakzeptabel Zustand, frühstücke nach europäischen Maßstäben undenkbar... Die Lage ist gut und schön zum Einkaufen

Bett war sauber. Boden wie Nasszelle sind nicht gründlich gereinigt. Der Pool ist dort. Schwimmen würde ich nicht. Frühstück i.O 2-3 Nächte kein Problem wenn man keine grossen Ansprüche hat und einfach ein Bett zum übernachten braucht
