At 11PM someone showed up without any previous introduction to collect deposit. Although he was very nice and polite, we were shaken a bit. the security is a big issue as it is very inconsistent and sometimes our guest waited 30 minutes before they could get in. you have to provide a copy of passport for yourself and all your guests even the locals who are visiting you. some cars could get in without any stop and some went through a lot of stops and delays. The only way to get any services is to call. Even though they say texting is the best way, they take a day before you get response. the neighborhood is great. the pool is warm.
