My stay was very comfortable with clean room and courteous staff. Hotel is located in a very convenient place. Parking was bit of a challenge due to ongoing construction but valet parking staff was very helpful.

Loved our stay at the oaks, all of the staff were wonderful and very welcoming! Great amenities, lovely and spacious rooms. Wonderful staff and service. Great amenities with in walking distance. Lovely food, lovely pool. Amazing suites. Property had apartment style rooms for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that was very convenient. It was just across from the mall. They had a convenient valet parking.

#### Best Omelette and Service 

Chef Omer cooked the best cheese omelette exactly the way we wanted. The receptionist staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were really dark so we slept very well

The property was nice and conveniently situated across the road from a big shopping mall and also not far from Metro station and buses. The property also provided twice daily beach transfer.

Lovely hotel. Reception staff were not as friendly as the other staff who were very polite. The breakfast staff were fantastic. The view wasn’t great but everything else was amazing.

#### Business trip to Dubai

Very comfortable bed, great facilities and I could not fault the friendly attentive staff. Gym is well equipped and my massage was fabulous. A very well enjoyed stay.
