The apartment is around 130sqm on the mid floor with a beautiful skyline view. in addition you will get private beach access which is for residents only. In general, the apartment is designed for a modern design look and feel, w want to secure that our guests have a unique experience .The positioning and orientation of the apartment have been carefully oriented to capture the open views of the waterfront, marina and ain Dubai. The breathtaking vistas are second only to the highest quality of fixtures and finishings that are the characteristic of all Emaar properties. If you take 10- minute walk down the Yacht Club Harbor you will be at Marina with lots of shopping possibilities, in addition we offer our guests a preshopping possibility to secure a nice full fridge if requested. We do provide selection of herbs olive oil for our cooking experience and also coffee and tea for your first lot. The property has 24/7 manned security. Like most of Dubai and a metropolitan growing city there are some constructions going on in the surrounding areas.
