🔑 A dedicated parking spot is reserved for you at Zada Towers in Business Bay. Kindly make sure to park only in your assigned spot.



Other Things to Note:

✔️ Each bedroom closet has a safe for your convenience.

✔️ All guests must provide an ID or passport before arrival for registration with the building's security and concierge, as well as to meet DTCM requirements.

✔️ Please note that construction work in Dubai may cause some noise and nearby units might have renovations without prior notice.

✔️ A tourism fee is included in your reservation. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to hosting you!

✔️ The building management takes care of the exterior windows, while we ensure the inside of the unit is always freshly cleaned and well-maintained before each stay.



🛑 House Rules:

✔️ You can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your trip, but any charges will apply as per the cancellation policy in the listing and your reservation.

✔️ Early check-in may be available for 35% of the nightly rate for check-in before 3 pm. Message us on the booking platform after 9 am on your check-in day with your preferred time (10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, or 2 pm). We will confirm availability and request payment via the platform or credit card. After payment, we’ll share the door code for your requested time.

✔️ Late check-out between 12:01 PM – 12:30 PM will incur a 20% charge of the reservation cost. Check-out after 12:30 PM will result in a full charge of the next night’s rate until the unit is vacated. If a same-day reservation follows, the full cost of the upcoming guest’s stay will also be charged. Please note: failure to vacate may result in authorities being notified to assist with removal.

✔️ You are responsible for any damage or missing items, including costs for replacement, shipping, handling and arrangements to resolve the matter.

✔️ Daily housekeeping is not provided. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

✔️ Access details will be shared once all guest IDs are updated, as required by building regulations and DTCM (Dubai Authorities).

✔️ If there is an issue with the property or your stay, notify us immediately to address the problem. Refunds are not provided without the chance to resolve concerns. Early departures without an approved change will not be refunded.

✔️ Items left behind will be kept for 10 days. After this, they will be donated to charity or discarded.

✔️ Luggage left behind will be removed and stored at our facility after check-out, with charges for transportation costs.

✔️ If bringing a car, provide a copy of your Mulkiya (car registration), as required by building regulations.
