While we are looking for constructive feedbacks for our improvement, unfortunately we can’t consider yours is one of them. Your negative attitude with all staff (owner, reception, maintenance team) unjustifiable and unacceptable. Your comments are inaccurate, not sure who you were not aware it’s apartment not hotel, in case it was missed to check same in website, although it’s clearly advertised as apartment, it’s not our mistake. The maintenance team and 24/7 front desk are exclusively for the building, therefore it was our pleasure to serve you during your check in early morning 2 am and respond to your maintenance complaint within 5 min. Although it was minor maintenance issue and instantly solved, follow up has been carried out with you in case of you have any further request/issue , no any comments received from you during your stay. Therefore can’t consider your comments is correct. Finally while it is our pleasure to serve our guests and accommodate their request, we expect dealing with staff with polite way!!!

However FYI and for future, please note the normal interpretation the guest is communicating with us not vise versa, specially in your case that you arrived 5 hours before check in time. Fortunately we provide complimentary early check in based the previous guest check out very early and apartment was available. All our contract information was available in your booking confirmation.
