Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows: 2- 7 nights - 300 AED 7 - 28 - 750 AED Over 28 nights - 1250 AED The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit. For transparency, photos of the rental agreement (front and back) are included in the listing for your reference. \- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival.
