Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge. \- Please note that renovation work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise. \- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Thank you for your cooperation. \- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay. \- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay. \- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
