Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost. \- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins. \- Smoking is not allowed. \- Pets are not allowed. \- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable. \- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge. \- Please note that renovation work is going on nearby and some rooms may be affected by noise. \- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in. The deposit amount is determined based on the duration of the stay, as follows: 2- 7 nights - 500 AED 7 - 28 - 1000 AED Over 28 nights - 1500 AED The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the unit.
