This is the worst hotel I’ve been in! Everything in the room is broken the sink was leaking water on the floor same with the bathtub also there was bugs on the bed! Disgusting never book this hotel

It was good, friendly staff , cleaning staff was very good. Although there was problem with leaking toilet. But overall friendly and helping staff at reception & was a good experience.

Checked in my hotel on Friday the 24th around 4am ish. First thing I notice when me and my assistant got in the room was the smell of cigarettes and wet sheets. The toilet had popped satins, shower area was really disgusting, and floor was filthy, there were also bugs and cockroaches in the bedding area, phone wasn’t work, plus the tv. I also have pictures to provide. I’m highly disappointed about this hotel

Terrible hotel
Very bad experience with allergies because of cleanness of the room. Won't recommend. The mattress are terrible and sofa was dirty. However the only positive point they are willing to help you park your luggage.

The hotel location great , the staff so friendly but the hotel not clean with bad smell in the room , dirty carpet with insects in the wall and bed , the furniture old but all work well , the heating system not work just fan , the security door locks broken , for me the wifi speed good if I need to rate the hotel I give maximum 2 star from 5

They staff was so amazing. I have a wheelchair and they were above and beyond with support and services. The Foo was very tasty. The price was very great too.

I need refund When I entered in the room bathroom was in dirty situation and on floor there were cockroaches I showed this situation and they changed my room Next room has smoking smell, bathroom was dirty bed sheets had red spots all over hairs we had terrible experience and we had to shift in another room- I can send you pictures

The room was very smelly and dark. During shower water was falling on bath floor and there was not enough glass wall around the bathtub or shower certain to hold it. Location was good and walkable to market. When you open the window you can see the cloths hanging all over in your next building apartments.

I found the condition of the room was definitely not four star especially the bathroom. On day two I complained about faults in the room , they were never addressed even after repeating them a few days later . The breakfast food is definitely not international but cater for the Indian subcontinent, very limited . Doors in the hotel have to banged shut to close therefore all night the banging goes on .

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The internet connection was extremely slow and the cable television was out. No one bothered to tell us this when we checked in. The location is not in a good part of town (even by Deira standards) and is very inconvenient.

Expedia rates this property as a 4-star hotel but in reality this hotel barely measures up to a 3-star experience. On check in the room I received had dirty sheets and completely ill serviced bathroom with the sink and bathroom tub stained and cracked and no hot water. I requested to change the room which they did without issue. The new room was okay, but the cleanliness still could have been better. All the rooms smelled horrible and hardly live up to a 3-star experience. The breakfast was also incredibly limited and mediocre and I would recommend passing without it. Never again will I stay in this hotel and I will recommend everyone to be careful when Expedia marks a hotel as 4-stars. Terrible experience. First no restaurants, bars or terrace open. Room cleaning need big improvement, toilet not working and when I reported instead change my room hotel send maintenance supervisor who did nothing. He show up another time after 11:30 pm ready to work. Room has minibar fridge so loud that I need to disconnect it from power supply in order to have some peace. There is also TV in the room but without remote. Definitively this was my first and last stay in this hotel. Overall terrible

This is a ageing hotel, most of the staff are friendly and helpful except in the dining area. Breakfast was very very poor with little options, leaks from the ceiling in the bathroom and the wifi didn't work most of the time

The property pictures online were definitely edited or Photoshopped. Wifi wasn't working in our rooms which was very frustrating. The breakfast quality was not very good too. Neighbourhood is not the best. Overall stay was very bad. We had to leave one night before our check out and book in another hotel because of the poor quality of stay. I would rate this hotel with max 2 stars.

Myself and my Wife, had a very pleasant stay Landmark Premier Hotel. Very polite, excellent location, exquisite food, very helpful staff. Charles and his team are doing an excellent job. Their assistance, made my short holiday, much easier.

The hotel is old and not a four star property as stated on Expedia. The carpet in our room was heavily stained and we could tell that the hotel had seen much better days. I cannot recommend this property. Its only redeeming quality is its accommodating staff.
