Nice place watch the construction & enjoy walking
Nice place in the Marina, close to the main roads. Eaay to walk to the beach, but a good 10 minutes walk. Getting to the parking is a pain as you have to park in the conatruction zone, get a key then go back to the garage.

We had a wonderful experience at the Jannah Place Dubai Marina . Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr.Rashid at the reception & Mr. Sandip at Housekeeping. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai Marina.

Not in good condition
Good location on the south end of the marina. Hotel looks tired and not in good condition. Pool has a cover over it because of a big building being built next door, so no sunbathing.

Noisy, dirty, smelly
We stayed there for one night before moving to another hotel. First thing we noticed was that the room smelled bad, like the smell that comes up from toilet drains in the summer. There is a noisy construction site right outside the window that operates throughout the night without break. My fiancé felt bites on his skin in the bed and upon close inspection we found tiny crawling bugs on the bedsheet. Later that night we also spotted a cockroach in the pantry area.

The stay was nice however it was a shame the building construction work next door was on all weekend. It was a spacious room which saw a small glimpse of the beautiful Marina Also a mirror in the bedroom instead of the wardrobe would be great

Pros: nice clean spacious rooms we had the 3 bedroom and 2.5 baths. Balcony nice view Clean Full kitchen Near train, stores and restaurants Roof top pool Cons: WiFi trash even after we paid extra to have it in our room We paid to open the balcony No male guest No concierge Overall stay was beautiful kid friendly lobby small hotel next door books excursions, near a lot of things, I would definitely stay here again and recommend you to stay as well
