I stayed at the hotel recently for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and stylish rooms and amenities. But what really made my stay special was the excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to the front office staff "Soukaina" who was very supportive & 5 star service hero indeed. She does her best to please the guest! Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grayton. The hotel itself is great, but the customer service is what really sets it apart. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

My wife and I had a great experience staying here. Front desk and staff was always very helpful. Really clean and nice room. Decent amount of stores and restaurants within walking distance including a mall.

Overall it was a decent stay. Only biggest issue was cleanliness there was dust behind the headboard, dust under side tables and general daily house keeping didnt take any dirty dishes from the room. Definately needs better cleaning. Triggered allergies off.

WORST BUSINESS HOTEL EXPERIENCE
The first day at the Hotel was good but during the stay someone - my doubt would be the housekeeping may have damaged the cover of the WC and when I saw the same I immediately informed the same to the Hotel and they started blaming me for the damage. Initially they started asking for a huge sum which got negotiated and I paid the same under dispute. Now comes the tricky part when we were having this argument, there was a certain gentleman who claimed to be a manager to whom I was explaining and without hearing me he would just keep on interrupting. The discussion went out of hand he started threatening us of consequences and kept on showing us a camera and then he called some security guy who dint care much about what was happening. When I told them I am not interested to have the discussion and we would want to know your names - he REFUSED to give his name or his email id also when I asked details of the general that also he said I will not give you. FRANKLY I DONT CARE HOW WELL YOUR HOTEL IS DOING BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT GUYS TO HANDLE SUCH ISSUES THEN ITS JUST A HOUSE OF CARDS JUST WAITING TO FALL - IF THE RELEVANT PERSON IS READING - ITS FOR YOU TO AMEND - AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I WAS GOING TO RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS IN BANGLADESH - BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF!!

It is a very good property and off season prices were good . Only complain is that service is slow and in season it gets pricy . The restruant is expensive though food is tasty .

I would never recommend this property to anyone, the amount of charges does not equal to the lack of service they offer. The staff is unhelpful, you can be dying of thirst or sick and they are more concerned with their money and policies.

They don’t serve food in room service after 12. No drinking water even at reception lobby. You don’t get water even at request in lobby.
