The staff was very helpfull and understanding , helped me in everyway, breakfast was nice and fresh , and everyday ths room was cleaned with fresh bedding and towels my stay was great at this hotel despite it being one star.

The term "Hotel" should be changed to "Hostel" as the quality of the service is more like that of a Hostel. The price is great and the fact that Al Ras Metro Station is less than a 5 minute walk is fantastic. The room looked nothing like the photograph and the breakfast is poor.

Galaxy Plaza Hotel
It was an amazing experienceand this was our 2nd time staying there. It is near the tourist attractions e.g next to Gold Souk and not from the Dubai museum . You can take a metro to the Dubai mall and Burn Khalifa without breaking a sweat.They are also trying to expand by adding a restaurant. so you can buy your food.The breakfast is a free buffet style.

Disgusting Hotel
Location of hotel not good its like a jungle slum area. I won’t recommend my worse enemy to stay there. Room is very small no hotel facilities in the room like electric kettle, cups, tea bag, coffee and milk and sugar. Very noisy, dirty and smelly. Very disgusting.

I was very pleased. Indeed, I don’t write reviews, but I have to write about this place. The property is in excellent location where you can access to many good local shopping center and souks. Stuffs are prompt at all time and there for you. Great location for all kinds of foods just in walking distance. You don’t get lots of choices for break fast, but it’s worth it for the price that you book this place. Infact, the head cook makes sure you are get enough breakfast with a nice smile which made me to start my day from his dining area. I would advise all to go for this place and help others save money and enjoy their stay. Ohh, not to forget, shopping centers are open until 2AM while every where else is closed.

There is nothing unique about the place. I ended up leaving friday instead of monday, by paying for a different hotel. The bath Room was nauseating. The corridor smells urine. Infact it belittle Dubai.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good could us a little more variety. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower, and there really wasn’t hot water. There was warm water but not hot. The gentleman that cleaned my room did a great job. Oh there’s a lot of street noise but since the hotel is so close to the gold souk that’s to be expected.

Great for the price.
I really love the price, location to the souks and the metro station. The breakfast was okay and the bathroom was very clean. It is definitely my choice for stay on my next family vacation in few months.

Great budget choice
Our stay went perfectly fine. I'm not sure what people are expecting. This is clearly not The Sheraton but they shouldn't be faulted since they aren't misrepresenting the place. Standards are not the same but that's ok. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast starts late but is adequate, the elevator was working, AC and ceiling fan were appreciated, detached bathroom was clean and large. I inspected carefully for bugs and never saw any during our stay. Very close to the subway. We would definitely stay again.

Worst experience staying n hotel for over 35 years
Galaxy is more than junk. I checked in and left immediately in less than an hour by paying 100 Dirham, with no receipt .it is a place for traders who pay under 100 dirham per night buying,packing goods prior to shipments. I strongly recommend you to delisting such hotels,which are tarnishing your company name. Please do not mention my name if you are sharing this info outside your company wish you good luck.the same also in Guanzhou. Whenever help is needed you r not there. You should take immediate action to correct this and avail yourself when customers need you. Any complaint copy should go to management ,so that the staff knows there is some one who is watching to evaluate his action . Best regards

Ok for a short stay but can be better in the form of cleanliness. Noisy because of close to business center during day. For meals you have to look around. A hot self service breakfast was reasonable though juice could have been fresh. Wifi not available during the last 24 hrs. .

Even after opting for a double bed online, i got two single beds. On top of that, there was no attached bathroom, which wasn't mentioned online. I requested so much to the receptionist to give a double bedroom, or at least a room with attached bathroom, but he was very adamant, and offered no help. Shower was horrible. Hardly any water poured through the tap. Poor lighting in the room. The cupboard was full of dust, i had to clean it ! Overall a very shabby hotel. Would never again visit there, neither recommend to anyone !

我是台中湯尼陳老師up直播好康趴趴走節目出外景，住宿杜拜銀河飯店的經驗，它附近就有回教寺廟，因此每天早上5點半就會播出可蘭經，不習慣的人很容易被吵醒，另外餐廳用餐，只有一個服務人員，顯得忙不過，來很雜亂 ，但是以杜拜每天一千多元的價位，還是物超所值，尤其他的地點，就在捷運站綠線23站旁邊，走路3分鐘到達，對自助旅行的朋友很值的選擇，湯尼陳老師若有機會，再到杜拜，應該也會再選擇住在哪裡。
