Upon entering the room, everything seemed fine at first, but then I noticed a cockroach scuttling across the floor. It was a clear sign of poor cleanliness and lack of pest control. I immediately notified the front desk, but the response was less than reassuring. They offered to change rooms, but the experience left me feeling uneasy and unsatisfied. The other rooms had cockroaches too. Bed is so hard and sheets were dirty. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolute hotel nightmare. Btw, there's a club in this hotel, where not so proper ppl attend... indecent activity is at high alongside nasty bugs and bedding. Bathroom so dirtier than a muddy football team! We couldn’t sleep as there was a nightclub in the hotel that is open till 3am. We were leaving at 6.30pm so on my got under 3hours sleep!
