#### This place needs maintenance and new furniture

Flat is in a mess - furniture falling apart, sofa covering peeling off, tables and light fittings broken, shower door hanging loose, stains and marks on wall. Frankly a disgrace as all could be fixed in a weekend with a couple of workers.
