This apartment is just super special, as it is located near the water canal in Business Bay, and in one of the most prestigious communities in the neighborhood, Al Habtoor City!  
  
Enjoy the extensive amenities in the tower, and visit nearby attractions like Safa Park and 10 mins by car from the famous fountain and the Dubai Mall, where all the action of Dubai happens.  
  
to spend a one of a kind vacation in the heart of Dubai!  
  
The interior is carefully furnished to suit the luxury of the area.  
  
The Space:  
  
This beautifully furnished apartment will make you feel like you are in a luxurious 5 star hotel. The apartment also comes with a parking for your car, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a kids area and a business centre.  
  
The bedroom uses a 160x200cm bed with its ensuite bathroom. We can also provide a baby crib.  
  
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with Nespresso machine, a toaster, kettle, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.  
  
We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream and others.  
  
Please be informed that the pool at Meera Tower is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Enjoy access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, and the living room featuring a sofa bed. Guests can also take advantage of the building's amenities, such as the swimming pool, gymnasium, and kids' area. Stroll along the picturesque Dubai Water Canal, right at your doorstep, or take a short drive to iconic attractions like the Dubai Mall and the mesmerizing Dubai Fountain (approximately 10 minutes). Indulge in diverse dining experiences, from casual cafes to upscale restaurants, all within a convenient distance. You'll find a variety of shops and entertainment options nearby, catering to every taste. The area boasts a modern and luxurious ambiance, perfect for a memorable vacation. The neighborhood is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a blend of relaxation and excitement.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Getting around is a breeze from our apartment! Public transportation options are readily available. You'll find convenient access to bus stops and taxi services right outside the building. For those arriving by air, Dubai International Airport (DXB) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Alternatively, Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is about a 40-minute drive. Parking is available for your convenience, with a designated space included for your use. This allows for easy access whether you're exploring the city by car or using public transport.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Please note that check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. A copy of each guest's passport is required prior to check-in, and a check-in form must be signed upon arrival. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; a fine of AED 500 will be applied for violations. If you happen to lose your access card, there is a fine of AED 500, and for lost keys, the fine is AED 200\. Parking is available for your convenience. Please ensure that the apartment is left in a tidy condition upon departure.
