Life Above the sky, This Cozy 2 Bed in the Iconic princess Tower is on the 64th floor of 101 stories of the iconic Princess tower Building( third tallest in Dubai!) & HALF of the price of similar listing's.The Guests can access the observatory at the 97th floor, and can have the mesmerizing view of Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the sky scrappers surrounding it! The unit is spacious, with minimalist furniture and is tastefully furnished with luxury hotel amenities. The Stylish Flat in a renowned building is on the Marina Walk, steps always from the Tram Station and a quick walk to the Beautiful JBR beach. It offers stunning views of Marina and most importantly, comfort with style! We have gone extra mile by providing FREE toiletries to our guests and weekly complimentary cleaning for guests staying for over weeks time. The living room features a TV where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing, and allows comfortable seating of up to 8 guests. The TV has NETFLIX subscription and channel packs for all languages. The WiFi speed is 250 MBPS which ensures simultaneous connection of all devices. The private balcony has a cozy table and chair for you to enjoy a cool drink or dine alfresco while admiring the blue waters of the Marina. In night, the views are more appealing and the breeze of the fresh air from the Balcony in the living area is very refreshing. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, Fridge, Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster.For daily laundry, the unit has a Washing Machine and ironing arrangement. The bedrooms contains one lush king-sized bed, and one Double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, multiple storage spaces for your belongings and a walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a bathtub in one bedroom and standing Shower in the other, with a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. There is one dedicated car parking space in the basement, and complimentary access cards for all the amenities viz State of art Gym, Kids play area, Indoor temperature controlled swimming pool, Jacuzi, Outdoor Swimming pool, Table tennis, Snooker room etc makes it a place worth exploring. We have installed Digital locks on the door to ensure private, secure access to the guest. There is a safe available in each bedroom. The RO is provided in the Kitchen area which dispenses both Hot and cold water. The unit price is deeply discounted as this is my first month of Hosting and can be compared with the similar units in area which would be almost twice the price. We have kept a dedicated Housekeeping team for attending all needs of our guest. I stay in the same building in the 56th floor and would be available 24/7\.
