The apartment is worn out, not as nice as on photos. One door was opening 30% only, Pool was closed but they told that it was open. The check in process was horrible. They asked us about the arrival time. We came when we agreed on. The agent showed up 1 hour later and kept telling us that he comes ASAP completely ignoring me about the exact time, The reception guy didn’t allow us to park in the garage before we finish checkin and there was no place to leave the car near the building. It was packed with other cars. And because it was new year eve, traffic was terrible and some roads are blocked. Not possible to part around the building at all. The check in took another hour. We spent 2 hours on check which didn’t allow us to relax before New Year celebration plans. And to add the cherry on top, on our way back at 3am on January 1st we could not unlock our apartment door. luckily the support team answered, made us install the phone app to reset the door lock. Should I describe the amount of stress I experienced with having only 2% battery life on my phone and not being able to get inside the apartment with the password I set up just hours before? Apparently their “smart” system reset our password and they didn’t notify us about their mistake or system glitch or whatever it was. Mediocre apartment with worst and longest check-in and a price tag of luxury mansion.
