Nice hotel Clean Friendly staff 2 mins walk from Mall of the Emirates Metro nearby Easy to get to all places from here A bit far from the airport - over 30mins drive, longer if there’s traffic

The hotel staff was very accomodating. Though the early check in was not provided but overall experience was great. Hats off to the chefs and the kitchen staff who did over and beyond for our 7year old who has serious allergies. The chefs made it easy for us to dine in every morning for a buffet breakfast. They always welcomed us with a lovely smile and made sure that not once he had any allergic recation in their dining area. Thank you to all the lovely staff who made our stay comfortable and special thanks to two chefs in the kitchen. The checkout was ver smooth and it was remarkable to see that the staff at reception came out to see us off and helped with luggages as we had two little ones. We will come again to Dubai and would highly recommend others to stay with Double Tree by Hilton at Al Barsha

Very good place to stay. Close to the Mall of Emirates. Good breakfast, extremely helpful and kind restaurant staff (especially the evening ones, unfortunately I forgot their names, service girl and the chef). Good bed, clean rooms.

Hotel was very nice. First time to stay in an appartment style hotel with a small kitchen and washer/dryer which helped a lot. Being close to the metro and mall was very convenient. Staff were friendly and breakfast options were great. One thing we did like is that the cleaning process is mostly tidying up the place with cleaning the washroom. Floors were not mopped frequently and carpets were not vacuum daily. I think for such a highly rated hotel, this should be included. Another thing is that their water bottles supply was limited to 3. In a previous visit to Dubai at a different hotel, more water bottles were provided but could be because that visit was in July; still think the water supply should be more. The hotel could use abit of renovation, some tiles chipped in the washroom and wall boards were slightly damaged.

Very comfortable stay for such a reasonable price-point. All the facilities were in good condition and kept clean. Proximity to Grandiose supermarket combined with microwave, stove, and fridge in the room made being self-sufficient for meals when not wanting to eat out very convenient. Would have like a bit more by way of cutlery and cooking utensils though (e.g., frypan, bottle opener). Mall of the Emirates an easy walk to get to even in the heat so great for shopping. Front desk and concierge staff were all really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for individuals and families looking for good quality and well maintained 4-star accommodation.

We prefer staying in the Al Barsha area, and the location next to the Mall of the Emirates is ideal. The hotel itself is excellent, with great staff and decent facilities.

Great value for our September stay. The coffee pot had old water in it, no wash cloths in room, small stains on sheets. The laundry detergent was a plus (if not added to our tab). There is a service fee for room service. We had to request our warm cookie in the morning. Hallways smelled great!

We had an excellent stay at Double Tree. We had a studio apartment, it was a comfortable size for two of us. Having the luxury of a kitchen and washer/dryer was appreciated. I would have liked to have instructions for the washer/dryer because I never used one of those combo units. It took some figuring out. Location is perfect. Walking distance from Mall of the Emirates, a pharmacy, a clinic, a supermarket and several restaurants and shopping areas. Taxis were easily had in front of the hotel or around the corner. The gym was well equipped as far hotel gyms go. The restaurant food was tasty and price was typical of that hotel chain. The restaurant staff was efficient and helpful. The front staff was polite, professional, warm and very helpful. I got food poisoning two days into my stay ( not from the hotel) and became badly dehydrated, and the front staff was good enough to tell my husband about a clinic right around the corner. Kudos to the clinic too. Our room was clean and well maintained on a daily basis. I would recommend staying here.

What I liked : Is leaving this Hotel !!! . Wont come back. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone . Breakfast is insanely expensive at : 25 $. per person. if you just ask for '' a la carte service'' and order 2 eggs sunny side up (5.5 USD) , they charge an additional 3 $ for 1 slice of bread !! Unbelievable .

I like this hotel and generally stay here when in Dubai. the food is good in the breakfast buffet and the Manger of the buffet in the mornings always remembers me and is a lovely guy. Two small complaints- they never refill the shower gel and i booked a room with a balcony and it didnt have one! Sadly they dont provide the cookies at check in anymore but otherwise a great place to stay

It's a good hotel for business stays but no for staycations. There are not lot of F&B options. Also, it is like a 3 stars hotel (no vanity kits, no shower kits, no tooth brush, no sleepers, hot water is not consistent
