I discourage staying at this hotel that do not fullfill their announced commitments. I can't say I'm surprised at how highly this hotel is rated. This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even though the wifi in the room was not connected at all, the staff did nothing to help. To top it off, the reception staff laughed and dismissed my request for a different room. This is a serious problem though. You will find tea facitlity inside the room with hot water kettle. Bell boys are alk very helpful. If you want a very clean and hygienic hotel at very cheap rate , then this Hotel is the perfect choice. The only drawback is, the mattress was very uncomfortable as i could feel the springs and mattres was completely worn out. I cannot comment about the noise level that much , as all the bars and restaurants were shut due to the outbreak of Corona virus COVID 19\. Hotel is a 4 minute walk from the biggest metro station called Union ( Itehad in Arabic) this station connects the Red and green lines. 5 minutes walk to the most oldest and famous AL Ghurair centre.
