This hotel was truly amazing. Everyone was super friendly and kind especially Ashraf on the front desk, he was so great and made our stay very special. Will definitely come to this place again.

Property is very upscale. However my hot water had to be fixed twice, but it was speedy both times. I commend the privacy of the area and easy access to local tourist spots including the Dubai Mall and fountains, gardens, Museum of the Future among other places. The concierge has a vast resource of activities to keep you and your family engaged. I will most certainly return. I forgot my toiletries (cologne and stuff), but I'm guessing those are long gone.

Desk staff useless and rude, wont allow guests to come and spend a few hours with you in your apartment without giving them 24 hours notice and giving them there names in advance. The telephone in the foyer to communicate with cleaners rings at all hours of the morning waking up not just me but other guests. Get some 2 way radios

The front office staff was not welcoming. The best customer service was provided by Mary in the restaurant and Omar the bellhop. Hotel is in serious need of renovations. The transportation to the mall and beach is an inviting feature. It's old, dated and crumbling. The best thing about the location is there are a few food markets in walking distance. The room(s) view is an empty dirt lot, parking lot or the freeway.

The location is old and needs to be refurbished. Overall, the room and property was clean. The bathroom showers have mold and shoddy tile work. The toilet ran the whole time I was there (9 days). I reported the issue. Maintenance arrived to produce a toilet flushing demonstration/ tutorial. The noise ceased temporarily, which I told him would occur. No one followed up.

We had a great time is a great location. You can go and visit Dubai in areas and is centrally located. Fantastic shop around and go places to visit. People are very courteous. I definitely highly recommend it.

Water system. I was expecting the hot water system like same an other country but it was dangers and does not have any warring sign. We just open hot water and like normal use and burn mu hand and made me pian suffer.

Nice clean spacious appartment hotel. Conviniently located near Dubai Business bay metrostation.Close to Dubai mall and Burj khalifa and downtown.Free shuttle to Dubai mall and Sea beach. Great facitlity and staff, every level of service was met with a smile. Location is great to travel into city and out to the other sides of the city . Burj Khalifa and Mall are minutes away . Shopping is just across the street. ** this place resides on a major roadway and there is no where to cross except through metro bridge . All taxis and Uber need to loop around to pick you up .

Nice functional hotel within walking distance of Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, and just a stone's throw from a Metro stop. Can use the Metro to go down to major tourist sights fairly easily eg the Museum of the Future is just about visible from the hotel. Also operate a shuttle service to the beach that drops you off within walking distance of the Burj Al Arab. Nothing fancy about the hotel itself; it is next to undeveloped land with a few convenience stores nearby. Location is excellent but if your looking to be pampered and enjoy the finer things in life there probably are better options

Wrote the hotel two messages months and weeks before the stay, through Expedia, never replied. Staff is very helpful, walkable (30 min) to the Dubai Mall, next to the Business Bay metro. Supermarket next door. Shuttle to the Dubai Mall and the beach.

The hotel is situated near the Dubai mall. Area around is accessible to restaurant and supermarket. The room itself maybe a little bit outdated as far as furniture but overall it was a great room. And most of all we enjoyed the view and all around balcony. Will definitely book this hotel again

I was there for a short period of time but the service was great! Everyone was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. The 2-bedroom apartment itself was huge and in great condition with a great view. I will say I had to pay unexpected taxes (more than the remaining balance that Expedia had shown for the ‘pay at property’ value). The hotel manager said the taxes and fees remaining balance to pay at property listed on Expedia was for a 1 room apartment but since I had booked a 2 room apartment, the taxes amount had to be paid per-room. I’m not sure if this is a glitch in Expedia’s system or if I should have only gotten charged the amount listed on Expedia. Nonetheless, would highly recommend the city premiere hotel apartment!

Service good .washroom sink running slowly. Room aircondition not working good . Sometime 19/Sometimes 24 . Ask Housekeeping come help. They come in turn off the system gone. Hope they do better.

My wife and I stay for 3 days after a cruise and were delighted with the hotel overall. Reception allowed an early check in and the room was very spacious being a one bedroom apartment that included a fill size kitchen, lounge and 1.5 bathrooms. All staff were extremely friendly and spoke English which made communication hassle free. There are two supermarkets close by (one operates 24 hours) and a pharmacy is also only metres away. The Metro Station Business Bay is less than 5 minutes walk and is visible from the from of the hotel. Trains run every 3-5 minutes. This we found very convenient for exploring the city.

The property was a bit dated and the first impression of cleanliness was a cockroach in the ladies' reception toilets. There was nothing to wash and dry up with. The hotel staff were pleasant and courteous.

Great hotel would highly recommend for people staying in Dubai. Very close to downtown Dubai and everything around. Amazing location. Has two supermarkets right beside hotel for easy access. It was very clean as well and the staff was very nice. The only downside was the washer and dryer wasn’t working but it was fine. All in all highly highly recommend

Comfortable apartment with everything you need, house keeping included every day leaving new bottles of water. Good restaurant and reception staff very helpfull. The apartment is very near the metro which is fadter than using a car
